Multi-tenant SaaS · Per-tenant database · Windows & Linux agents

One pane of glass for your Windows and Linux servers and workstations.

VectraOps connects lightweight Windows and Linux agents to a dedicated tenant and stores all telemetry in an isolated per-tenant database. Raw system data is turned into live inventory, health metrics, OS update visibility, basic alerting and push-button remediation tasks for your entire estate.

No hardware to manage. No VPN requirement. Just install the Windows or Linux agent, connect it to your tenant, and start collecting data within minutes.

Get started in three simple steps

VectraOps is built for operations teams who need fast visibility and safe remote actions across their Windows and Linux estate.

1

Create your tenant

Sign up, create a tenant, and get your own isolated database. Each customer gets a separate data store by design for security and compliance reasons.

2

Deploy the agents

Install the lightweight VectraOps agent on your Windows and Linux servers and workstations. Agents securely connect out to the platform, no inbound firewall changes needed.

3

Start collecting insights

View system metrics, detect pending updates, receive basic alerts, and execute tasks like reboots or renames – all from one dashboard, regardless of OS.

Everything you need to manage Windows & Linux at scale

From inventory and alerting to application governance and remote tasks – VectraOps brings your daily operational workflows together across your mixed environment.

System inventory

Discover every Windows and Linux system connected via the agent. View OS details, hardware, network configuration, server roles and services – all scoped per tenant.

Basic alerting

Stay ahead of issues with basic alerting on key metrics and health signals: offline agents, OS update status, and system health summaries for Windows and Linux.

Application overview & blacklist

Get a consolidated overview of installed applications and packages across all systems. Mark apps as blacklisted and schedule uninstalls via the agent.

Remote tasks

Execute controlled tasks like reboots and system renames directly from the UI. Commands are queued for the agent and tracked in a central task overview for both Windows and Linux hosts.

Security & compliance view

Gain insight into antivirus / EDR status, firewall configuration, BitLocker, UAC and local accounts on Windows, as well as firewall and basic hardening signals on Linux – all based on data from the agents.

Multi-tenant by design

Each customer gets a logical tenant with a dedicated database. Member management and settings are scoped per tenant, keeping environments clean and separated even when managing multiple organizations.

Simple per-agent pricing

Only pay for the agents you actually connect. Scale up or down as your Windows and Linux environment changes.

About VectraOps

VectraOps was created for operations teams who live in the real world of patching, reboots, legacy apps and remote troubleshooting – across both Windows and Linux.

The platform is built as a multi-tenant SaaS solution with per-tenant databases and Windows and Linux agents at its core. It focuses on the day-to-day tasks that actually keep environments healthy: understanding what is running where, spotting issues early, and executing safe, auditable changes.

  • Per-tenant data isolation for security and compliance.
  • Lightweight Windows and Linux agents that are easy to deploy and maintain.
  • Inventory, metrics, updates and tasks in a single, consistent UI.

Our goal is to stay pragmatic: ship features that make life easier for system administrators and engineers without adding unnecessary complexity.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about VectraOps and the Windows & Linux agents.

The Windows and Linux agents initiate an outbound connection to the VectraOps service using your tenant-specific configuration. No inbound firewall rules or VPN tunnels are required. Commands and telemetry are exchanged over this secure channel, so you can roll out agents without opening extra ports to the internet.

VectraOps focuses on operational and security-relevant telemetry: system inventory, OS and hardware information, OS update status, performance metrics (CPU, memory, disks), installed applications and selected security baselines such as antivirus and firewall status. On Linux, this includes basic distro and kernel information and package / service insights. The agents do not inspect user files or capture user session content.

VectraOps uses a multi-tenant architecture where each tenant has its own dedicated database. Agents authenticate with a tenant-specific configuration, and all collected data is written to that tenant’s database only. This keeps customer data logically separated and simplifies compliance and governance.

Yes. Once the agents are installed you can schedule controlled tasks such as reboots, hostname renames and application uninstalls from the VectraOps UI. Tasks are queued per system, executed by the agent with its local permissions, and reported back in a central task overview so you can track progress.

VectraOps uses simple per-agent pricing. You only pay for the agents that are actually connected to your tenant, with discounts available for annual plans. The pricing calculator and tier table in the pricing section give an estimate; final pricing is confirmed during onboarding based on your agent count and contract term.

We aim to provide a low-friction trial experience. Reach out via the contact form below and tell us a bit about your environment and expected agent count. We’ll discuss a trial period, help you onboard your first agents, and make sure you can validate VectraOps against your operational needs.
